Aluminiumnitride keramiek wordt veel gebruikt in communicatieapparatuur, hoge helderheid LED's, vermogen elektronische apparaten en andere industrie\u00ebn, het is een ideale warmteafvoer substraat en verpakkingsmateriaal voor ge\u00efntegreerde schakelingen op grote schaal. Het heeft een hoge thermische geleidbaarheid (theoretische waarde is 319w \/ m.k, en de thermische geleidbaarheid is groter dan 140W \/ m.k), lage di\u00eblektrische constante (8,8) en di\u00eblektrisch verlies (~ 4) \u00d7 104) en de thermische uitzettingsco\u00ebffici\u00ebnt (4..4 \u00d7 10-4 \/ \u2103), chemische samenstelling Al 65.81%, N 34.19%, soortelijk gewicht 3.261g\/cm3, wit of grijs wit, eenkristal kleurloos en transparant, sublimatie en ontleding temperatuur van aluminium nitride substraten is 2450 \u2103 bij atmosferische druk.<\/p>\n<p>Aluminiumnitride keramiek heeft een hoge thermische geleidbaarheid, goede elektrische eigenschappen, thermische uitzettingsco\u00ebffici\u00ebnt in de buurt van Si chip, hoge sterkte, hoge temperatuurbestendigheid, weerstand tegen chemische corrosie, hoge weerstand, laag di\u00eblektrisch verlies en niet-toxiciteit. Aluminiumnitride is een ideaal materiaal om BeO-keramiek te vervangen en een ideaal substraat voor warmteafvoer en verpakkingsmateriaal voor ge\u00efntegreerde schakelingen op grote schaal.<\/p>\n<p>Aluminiumnitridesubstraten worden voornamelijk gebruikt als hoogwaardige substraatmaterialen en verpakkingsmaterialen in hybride circuits met hoge dichtheid, microgolfvermogensapparaten, vermogenselektronische apparaten, opto-elektronische componenten, halfgeleiderkoeling en andere producten.
