Keramika od aluminijevog nitrida \u0161iroko se koristi u komunikacijskim ure\u0111ajima, LED diodama visoke svjetline, snagovoj elektronici i drugim industrijama. To je idealan materijal za rasipanje topline i materijal za pakiranje za velike integrirane sklopove. Ima visoku toplinsku provodnost (teoretska vrijednost je 319 W\/m\u00b7K, a stvarna toplinska provodnost je ve\u0107a od 140 W\/m\u00b7K), nisku dielektri\u010dnu konstantu (8,8), dielektri\u010dke gubitke (~4 \u00d7 10^4) i koeficijent toplinskog \u0161irenja (4,4 \u00d7 10^-4\/\u2103), kemijski sastav Al 65,81%, N 34,19%, specifi\u010dna te\u017eina 3,261 g\/cm3, bijela ili sivobijela, jednokristalna, bezbojna i prozirna, temperatura sublimacije i razgradnje aluminijevog nitrida je 2450 \u2103 na atmosferskom tlaku.<\/p>\n<p>Keramika na bazi aluminijevog nitrida ima visoku toplinsku provodnost, dobra elektri\u010dna svojstva, koeficijent toplinskog \u0161irenja blizak Si \u010dipu, visoku \u010dvrsto\u0107u, otpornost na visoke temperature, otpornost na kemijsku koroziju, visoku elektri\u010dnu otpornost, niske dielektri\u010dke gubitke i netoksi\u010dnost. Aluminijev nitrid je idealan materijal za zamjenu BeO keramike te idealan supstrat za rasipanje topline i materijal za pakiranje velikih integriranih sklopova.<\/p>\n<p>Nitrid aluminija se uglavnom koristi kao visokou\u010dinkoviti podlo\u017eni materijali i materijali za pakiranje u visokogusto\u0107nim hibridnim krugovima, mikrovalnim snagovnim ure\u0111ajima, snagovnim elektroni\u010dkim
