La cer\u00e0mica de nitrur d'alumini s'utilitza \u00e0mpliament en dispositius de comunicaci\u00f3, LEDs d'alta brillantor, dispositius d'electr\u00f2nica de pot\u00e8ncia i altres ind\u00fastries. \u00c9s un substrat i material d'empaquetatge ideal per a la dissipaci\u00f3 de calor en circuits integrats a gran escala. T\u00e9 una alta conductivitat t\u00e8rmica (el valor te\u00f2ric \u00e9s de 319 W\/m\u00b7K, i la conductivitat t\u00e8rmica \u00e9s superior a 140 W\/m\u00b7K), una baixa constant diel\u00e8ctrica (8,8) i p\u00e8rdues diel\u00e8ctriques (~4 \u00d7 10^4) i el coeficient de dilataci\u00f3 t\u00e8rmica (4,4 \u00d7 10^-4 \/ \u2103), composici\u00f3 qu\u00edmica Al 65,81%, N 34,19%, pes espec\u00edfic 3,261 g\/cm3, blanc o blanc gris\u00f3s, monocristal, incolor i transparent, la temperatura de sublimaci\u00f3 i descomposici\u00f3 dels substrats de nitrur d'alumini \u00e9s de 2450 \u2103 a pressi\u00f3 atmosf\u00e8rica.<\/p>\n<p>La cer\u00e0mica de nitrur d'alumini t\u00e9 una alta conductivitat t\u00e8rmica, bones propietats el\u00e8ctriques, un coeficient de dilataci\u00f3 t\u00e8rmica proper al del xip de silici, alta resist\u00e8ncia, resist\u00e8ncia a altes temperatures, resist\u00e8ncia a la corrosi\u00f3 qu\u00edmica, alta resistivitat, baixes p\u00e8rdues diel\u00e8ctriques i no toxicitat. El nitrur d'alumini \u00e9s un material ideal per substituir les cer\u00e0miques de BeO i un substrat i material d'empaquetatge ideal per a la dissipaci\u00f3 de calor en circuits integrats a gran escala.<\/p>\n<p>Els substrats de nitrur d'alumini s'utilitzen principalment com a materials de substrat d'altes prestacions i com a materials d'embalatge en circuits h\u00edbrids d'alta densitat, dispositius de pot\u00e8ncia per microones, dispositius d'electr\u00f2nica de pot\u00e8ncia, components optoelectr\u00f2nics, refrigeraci\u00f3 semiconductora i altres productes.
