Keramika od aluminijum-nitrida se \u0161iroko koristi u komunikacionim ure\u0111ajima, LED diodama visoke svjetline, ure\u0111ajima snage elektronike i drugim industrijama. Ona je idealan materijal za rasipanje toplote i materijal za pakovanje za velike integrisane sklopove. Aluminij-nitrid je idealan materijal za zamjenu BeO keramike te idealan supstrat za rasipanje toplote i materijal za pakovanje velikih integrisanih kola.<\/p>\n<p>Nitrid aluminija se uglavnom koristi kao visokou\u010dinkoviti podlo\u017eni materijali i materijali za pakovanje u visokobezimnim hibridnim kolima, mikrotalasnim snagovnim ure\u0111ajima, snagovnim elektroni\u010dkim ure\u0111ajima,
